hi all, how do i obtain elites skills from other campaigns? can i unlock them? also how do i go about it? thanks !

You can't obtain elite skills from campaigns that you do not have access to (for example, you will not be able to obtain Nightfall elites if you do not have Nightfall on your account).

One easy way to obtain an elite from another campaign is to travel to that campaign and use a Signet of Capture on the relevant boss. Though if you don't want to do so much walking, you can unlock the elite skill with 3,000 Balthazar faction and then use an elite tome to teach the unlocked skill to you character.

well first of all to get elites from other campaigns you'll need to make sure you own the other campaigns.

the most straighforward approach is to simply go to w/e campaign said skill is and capture it manually. But this for PvE only and is a rather big commitment just to get one skill.

Fortunately it's much simpiler in pvp, simply take 3,000 Balthazar faction to a priest of balthazar and you should be able to unlock said elite with no problems.

Additionally unlocking the skill via Balthazar faction will make the skill usable for all your heroes as well as available to your PvE characters via an Elite Tome.
